Period Threads

Historical Garments ca. 1745-1800
Male 65-70cm

#M1745D     $60. *SOLD*

This period shirt was inspired by a series of photos from the "Outlander" TV show set in 1745. It was made by modifying a later period shirt pattern to be similar to Jamie's working shirt. The shirt is made of delicate 100% cotton batiste in a soft cream tone.

The shirt has pure silk ribbon as the "button closures" and has small glass beads as the shirt placket "buttons". The sleeves close with one snap each side at the wrist, and also have small glass beads as the 'buttons'. A folded stock tie is included, also made of the delicate batiste fabric. It may be single tied at the throat, or secured with a purchased pin (pin not included). The stock may also be used as a sash - for a pirate-like look.

This period shirt must donned by pulling over the head. It is modeled by IpleHouse SID man.

This garment will fit other 65-57cm dolls with bodies similar to the SID 65cm man.
