#MLV7 $20. *SOLD*
This galabeeyah (caftan) was created based on a pattern of the 1890's and would have been
worn by Late Victorian Egyptians - or Elizabeth Peter's Ramses or Emerson characters - by
whom this was inspired.
This garment was created with vintage, heavier material suitable for "colder weather". The fabric
is soft off-white, flecked with ecru. This was a late test make of this pattern for the EID men. The
galabeeyah has small working pockets.
It is donned by pulling over the head. There is sufficient room in the neckline to go
carefully over the head. The last photo shows EID Kamau putting on the galabeeyah.
This galabeeyah will fit best on Iplehouse EID men, Soom Idealian, or similar weighty 70cm dolls.
